At Sound Hearing, our mission is to improve your quality of life through better hearing. We strive to provide you with the highest quality of care and find personalized solutions to match your hearing needs, lifestyle, and budget. We provide not only the most advanced hearing technology to treat hearing loss, but also the fitting expertise and extensive follow-up needed to produce successful results. It is important to us that we work not only with our patients suffering from hearing loss, but also take the time to make sure their family, friends, and sometimes caregivers also know how to understand and deal with this frustrating situation. We pride ourselves on delivering the service and care to make sure patients are receiving the maximum benefit from their hearing aids.

Kendra L. Marks, Au.D.

Kendra Marks practices audiology with a focus in hearing assessments, hearing aids, and aural rehabilitation. Kendra earned her Bachelor of Arts degree (B.A.) in Linguistics from Oakland University, Rochester, Michigan. She earned her Doctorate in Audiology (Au.D.) at Northwestern University, Evanston, Illinois. During her graduate studies, Kendra had the opportunity to experience a variety of clinical settings throughout the Chicago Metropolitan area before spending a year working at Allegiance Health, a regional hospital in Jackson, Michigan.

Kendra uses her clinical expertise to help her patients improve their quality of life through the use of hearing aids, assistive devices, and communication strategies. She was born and raised in Michigan and moved to the Pacific Northwest after falling in love with the beautiful scenery. Outside of the clinic she enjoys reading, exploring the area, and trying new restaurants.

Michele Maczulajtys, Au.D.

Michele Maczulajtys practices audiology with a focus in audiological assessments, hearing aids, and aural rehabilitation. Michele obtained her M.S. degree in Audiology from Purdue University in 1998 and her Au.D. degree from the Arizona School of Health Sciences in 2007. She has practiced audiology for over 13 years in a variety of medical settings with both children and adults. She has also provided clinical academic instruction for doctoral students at the University of Washington Medical Center, and worked as a sales representative and trainer in the hearing aid industry for the Pacific Northwest.

Michele Maczulajtys is a seasoned professional whose primary goal is to provide patients with the highest quality hearing care in a positive, comfortable, and caring environment. Michele specializes in the assessment and treatment of hearing loss and works with her patients to help them improve their quality of life through the use of hearing aids and assistive technologies. Michele enjoys raising her two little girls. In her precious spare time, she enjoys reading, shopping, and practicing yoga.
